Dark Chocolate Brownies

Using bittersweet chocolate and high-quality ingredients, these dark brownies are a favorite.

8 ounces bittersweet chocolate 1 cup butter 3 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla 1½ teaspoons instant coffee 1¼ cups sugar 1 cup flour ½ teaspoon soda ½ teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan, melt chocolate and butter. Remove from heat, add eggs, vanilla and coffee. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Spread evenly in a 9x13 pan.
